V R Z was born to respond to the new challenges and needs felt in the real-estate sector - by investors, property owners and businesses, in the management of their real estate assets. We thus propose a systematic and integrated approach for all phases of real estate research, analysis, planning and development, based in market-oriented strategies and focused on the creation of Value.

Due to changes in the economic and financial context, the real-estate industry has become more demanding and mature. The real-estate market has experienced, in recent decades, an extremely favourable environment in which demand usually exceeded supply. Today, real-estate development is seen as a risky investment, and should be thought of, evaluated and created following a perspective that is comprehensive, coherent and oriented to specific objectives. From our point of view it does not make sense to develop projects that are not based on and sustained by strategic studies, as it makes no sense to develop valuations and analyses that do not make way to solutions.

Focused on the objective of creating value for our Customers, we form working groups composed by professionals from fields covering real-estate research, analysis, planning and development. These professionals (Managers, Real-estate appraisers, Architects, Engineers, Lawyers, Accountants, Designers, Mediators, among others) are elements of multidisciplinary teams prepared to give appropriate responses to specific situations. The processes are conducted step-by-step, following a modelled and specific approach, always with the involvement and decision-making power of the Customer over the direction to take.
